This is my kind of comfort food. When you've had a rough day and need something to soothe you, the last thing you want to do is spend a lot of time getting a dish ready when what you need to be doing is curling up on the couch with a bowl of something yummy. This is my go to dish on those days. Fast, simple and soooooo good.Garlic Noodles
Serves 1 - 2 (depending on how much comfort you need)
2 oz extra thin asian noodles
4 T butter
2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
salt to taste
Boil water and add noodles. Remove from heat and let sit for five minutes. Melt butter in a small saute pan over medium heat and add garlic slices. Drain noodles and toss with butter and garlic. Salt to taste and enjoy!
